A journey forged in resilience

The quiet days of Covid brought a profound realization for me. Finding solace in outdoor runs, at-home workouts, and healthy cooking was my therapy, and soon, friends sought my guidance for motivation, recipes, and park workouts. With my screenwriting career on hold, I felt a new calling. I pursued my personal training certification, then honed my skills and built a client base over five years at Equinox. This deep experience and passion ultimately led to the birth of Strength by Sarah, providing tailored wellness solutions in Sherman Oaks, California.

At Strength by Sarah, I pride myself on tailoring all guidance and each program to individual clients. I am a work hard but play hard kind of person, and I strongly believe that bleeds into my training style. I feel that life is about having fun, making connections by sharing food, wine and music, the beauty of nature, adventure and activity, but also the peace in the stillness of just being, and being comfortable in your own skin. I can be your coach, your mentor, your therapist, or anything else you’ll need from me in and out of the gym, helping you thrive in every aspect of your life.
